ISSMA District S&E
Submitted by choirdad on Friday, November 14, 2003 - 10:57pm General Choir Chat
Hello all, this is just a reminder that the deadline for the ISSMA solo and ensemble competition is as follows: Postmark Deadline for entries is December 6, 2003. This is when the directors have to have the forms to ISSMA. So plan accordingly. Go to the ISSMA web site http://www.issma.net/events.html for more information. I believe the cost is somewhere between $5.00 and $7.00 per event entered. If you have any questions please ask Mr.Emig or Mrs. Reinhart.

I hate to be so pestery, but do you think that perhaps you could post the dates and times of our VT engagements on the calendar? It would be most helpful, at least to me. Whether or not you do it, I love you anyway!

RAGTIME ROCKED!!!
Submitted by Anonymous (not verified) on Tuesday, November 11, 2003 - 4:35pm General Choir Chat
You guys were INCREDIBLE!!!! THe show was soooo awesome. Ragtime itself is just such a imapacting show, but the choir made it all that more great. And the leads, you guys were OUTRAGEIOUS (of course in a good way!) Your voices just astonished me. This of course, was the first show I've seen and not been in at MHS, so it was really sad to not be a part of it, but it was so great as a first impression of the "house life" in the auditorium. I am definately excited to come back and see the concerts and other musicals you do. Proud to say I was part of the choir family...and for those of you that know me, still am :) Well, I miss you all! Mr. Emig, Mrs. Reinhart too!! I wish you a great remainder of the year and to the seniors..LIVE IT UP 'cause this is it!

Chicago Symphony

I was wondering for us people in 6th hr, who auditioned and made (YES, there are actually people good enough in 6th hr to make the cut for the chicago symphony), when the rehearsals will be, and if we will be going over the material more in class.

new stuff
Submitted by Anonymous (not verified) on Monday, November 3, 2003 - 8:53pm General Choir Chat
Tommy! I know that you're super busy and all, but I want to know when we're going to see some new stuff on this here lovely website. (cough, potluck, cough) If you're too busy, make my daddy help you (just don't tell him I said that). :P We love you, and think that you're way cool. By the way, why was Courtney A. playing God on Sunday? I'm disappointed (you do it much better).
All my love,
Rebecca T.
